    Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm and 1 Saturday in 4

    You will be based in our Southwark offices where you will provide administration support for the municipal contract we hold. We are extremely passionate about the work we do.     What you’ll do

    As the Operations Administrator you will provide administration support for the municipal contract by ensuring all relevant administration is completed in a timely fashion. This will include taking an active role in the running of the frontline operational service, keeping accurate records and responsible for stock management amongst other general administrative duties, which will include handling any queries and working closely with operational managers to find suitable resolutions and ensure that they are dealt with appropriately, timely whilst providing a first class service. You will be responsible for ensuring records are up to date for sickness, absence, leave and agency hours, you will manage stock levels and stock database, together with maintaining PPE records and stock orders, cover control room activities and assist with correspondence and investigations. You will assist the communications team with correspondence from elected members and residents of the borough and assist Contract Manager with preparation of monthly reporting, you will maintain HR, safety and training records, take effective notes/minutes of meetings and complete general administrative duties and tasks to ensure compliance.

    Qualifications

    Skills & Qualifications required for the role

    To enable you to carry out this role you will have previous experience working within a similar administrative role, have good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with managers and frontline staff, have the ability to work using own initiative and manage own workload. You must have proven written and numerical skills and intermediate level IT ability, using Word and Excel. You will possess good time management skills and customer service skills.
